Kate is a dedicated professional with extensive experience developing and delivering programmes enhancing community well-being. She has worked across several professional domains, including State & Local Government, Sport, Education, Child and Family Services, and the Not-For-Profit Sector.
As the Director of Kokoro Consulting, Lead Consultant and Trainer in Australia for The Centre for Healing and Justice through Sport, and a Faculty Member of the NM-Sport programme with The Neurosequential Network, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her roles.
As a LEGO® Serious Play® certified facilitator, and with certificaitons in utilising an Appreciative Enquiry approach. Kate utilises these innovative method to get teams thinking more creatively, communicating more effectively, and delivering more innovative results. She has many years of experience in capacity building, strategic planning, programme design, implementation and evaluation, workshop design, and facilitation, including co-design frameworks.
Kate’s expertise is centred on well-being, encompassing trauma-aware and healing-centred practice, emotional intelligence, gender equality, and early childhood & youth development. She has partnered with numerous organisations to facilitate collaborative processes, recognising the communities' abilities to find their own strength-based solutions to issues.
With a background as a professional athlete and youth basketball coach, Kate is extremely passionate about the healing power of sport and is dedicated to making sport a safe and inclusive space for all
Erin is a strong advocate for social justice, strengthening communities and enhancing well-being which crosses professional, volunteer and personal elements of her life. Erin has a strong desire to support individuals, organisations and communities to make positive changes to enhance well-being.

Erin is a strong advocate for social justice, strengthening communities and enhancing well-being which crosses professional, volunteer and personal elements of her life. Erin has a strong desire to support individuals, organisations and communities to make positive changes to enhance well-being.
Since graduating from Social Work, Erin has spent near on 20 years working in a diverse range of community settings. A majority of Erin’s experience has been in the Youth and Early Years sectors in a variety of roles that have encompassed direct case work, policy development, consumer participation, partnership facilitation and providing secondary consultations.
Erin has worked facilitating groups in many settings including people experiencing homelessness, youth, international students and policy driven consultations. Erin finds facilitating group work to be highly rewarding and has recently been delivering Self Care and Well-being workshops for Organisations and Parenting Groups.
Erin also has experience within the creative arts community working with community and government funding bodies, program design, implementation and evaluation.
