Kate believes that doing business and doing good should not be separated. Kate has a diverse professional background ranging from marketing and sponsorship, event management, account management, program design, delivery and facilitation and sports coaching. Kate has spent time across the not for profit, local government and corporate sectors.
Kate brings a holistic perspective to ways that different sectors can complement each other to effect sustainable change. She sees the need to build sustainable relationships and is passionate about thinking creatively about cross sector collaborations for social impact.
Kate is always seeking out new opportunities to learn. After almost a decade working in the Child and Family Welfare sector and gaining a double degree in Marketing and Psychology, she has continued to study in new areas. These include trauma and early childhood development, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, trans-personal psychology, neurobiology, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
Outside of work, Kate is a proud mum to two very busy boys, with a background as an elite athlete, she still loves participating in and supporting sports and she runs her own private practice as a clinical hypnotherapist seeing clients from all walks of life.
Erin is a strong advocate for social justice, strengthening communities and enhancing well-being which crosses professional, volunteer and personal elements of her life. Erin has a strong desire to support individuals, organisations and communities to make positive changes to enhance well-being.
Since graduating from Social Work, Erin has spent near on 20 years working in a diverse range of community settings. A majority of Erin’s experience has been in the Youth and Early Years sectors in a variety of roles that have encompassed direct case work, policy development, consumer participation, partnership facilitation and providing secondary consultations.
Erin has worked facilitating groups in many settings including people experiencing homelessness, youth, international students and policy driven consultations. Erin finds facilitating group work to be highly rewarding and has recently been delivering Self Care and Well-being workshops for Organisations and Parenting Groups.
Erin also has experience within the creative arts community working with community and government funding bodies, program design, implementation and evaluation.
Shae has extensive experience across academic, government and community services in the area of research and evaluation.
Shae has predominately worked in the field of child and family health with a focus on public health, prevention and social equity. Her passions lie in creating change for families through ensuring services and programs are effective and are for the benefit of clients.
Shae successfully works to provide evidence informed service delivery by undertaking research, creating effective implementation and evaluation alongside a focus on building the capacity of those she works with. She has worked in rural and remote settings and with communities that are often overlooked and disadvantaged by both policy and societal impacts.
Key elements that inform her work are the use of strength based and system wide approaches and upholding the rights of communities and individuals.
