Our workshops are highly interactive allowing participants a space for self-inquiry, experimental learning and evidence-based theory supporting both professional and personal development.
Participants will be equipped with knowledge, strategies and increased motivation to build self-care into their daily lives, enabling harmonious and effective work practices along with improved personal well-being.
This workshop looks at building self awareness around our stress response & the brain-body connection. Participants will gain knowledge around brain/body based strategies to shift from their fight and flight respond to their rest and digest response within seconds of being triggered. Allowing for great connection, presents and well-being in all areas of their lives.
This workshop allows participants to explore the positive role of emotions in their lives, gaining insight and understanding around the science behind their feelings and emotions and how they impact their thoughts, body, brain and choices and actions in life. Participants will leave with practical skills and knowledge, allowing for an increase in self-awareness and understanding of the power of emotional intelligence and the positive effect that acknowledging and sitting with emotions can have on their health, well being and community.
Participants will explore their concepts of holistic well-being and be able to identify their productive and unproductive coping strategies. Facilitators will guide participants through several activities to assist them to tune into their inner world and find what works for them, including designing a sustainable self-care plan and cultivating self-love, compassion, empathy and acceptance.
